1. Information We May Process
Depending on how you interact with PhoneAgents, we may process:
- User and account contact details, such as name, email address, company, role, and support preferences.
- Telegram identifiers and message metadata if you use Telegram-based controls, notifications, or approvals.
- GitHub and repository metadata, such as repository names, branches, pull request references, commit metadata, review state, workflow status, and issue references.
- Agent logs and task metadata, such as tool calls, task status, approval decisions, audit events, and operational telemetry needed to run the product.
- Product and workspace content you choose to provide, including prompts, task instructions, issue descriptions, screenshots, uploaded files, and related context.
- Usage analytics, including page visits, feature usage, device/browser information, approximate location derived from network data, and performance diagnostics.
- Payment, subscription, or billing metadata if paid plans, Telegram Stars, Stripe, or similar billing features are introduced or enabled.
- Support communications, including emails, notes, attachments, and issue history you choose to send.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve PhoneAgents; operate AI-agent workflows; manage approvals, notifications, and audit trails; troubleshoot errors; respond to support requests; measure product usage; prepare pilot, partnership, and commercial discussions; process payments where enabled; and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Agent Workflows
PhoneAgents is designed to coordinate AI-assisted software work. Agent outputs, repository context, task instructions, and operational logs may be processed by configured model providers and infrastructure vendors. You should not submit secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal data unless the relevant workflow is explicitly designed and approved for that data.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site and product. These may include:
- Essential cookies for authentication, session security, account access, routing, and fraud prevention.
- Preference storage for settings such as interface state, dismissed messages, selected workspace, or product configuration.
