Terms of Use

1. Description of Service

PhoneAgents is a software platform for coordinating AI agents, development workflows, approvals, notifications, repository context, operational dashboards, and related automation. The service may be delivered through web pages, Telegram interfaces, hosted dashboards, APIs, integrations, and partner or pilot deployments.

2. Early Access Product

PhoneAgents is currently an early access and beta-stage product. Features may change, be added, be removed, or be interrupted while the product is tested and improved. Availability, performance, and integrations are not guaranteed during this stage.

3. AI Agent Outputs Require Review

PhoneAgents coordinates AI agents and automation tools. AI agent outputs, code changes, summaries, recommendations, legal text, deployment steps, and operational decisions must be reviewed by a qualified human before use. You remain responsible for accepting, rejecting, testing, and deploying any output.

4. Accounts, Credentials, and Approvals

You are responsible for your accounts, repositories, credentials, connected services, data, instructions, approvals, and all activity under your access. You must keep credentials secure, avoid submitting unnecessary secrets or sensitive data, review changes before merging or deploying, and comply with laws, contracts, platform rules, and third-party terms that apply to your use.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use PhoneAgents for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or security-compromising activity. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse third-party APIs, overload infrastructure, or use the service to create or deploy malware, credential theft, or unauthorized surveillance.

6. Third-Party Services

PhoneAgents depends on third-party services such as Vercel, GitHub, Telegram, Cloudflare, AI/model providers, analytics vendors, email providers, and payment vendors where enabled. Those services are governed by their own terms. PhoneAgents is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, API limits, data practices, or billing decisions.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If paid plans, usage charges, subscriptions, or Telegram Stars payments are introduced, the applicable pricing, billing interval, refund rules, and cancellation process will be disclosed before purchase or activation.

8. Privacy, Data, and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, product data, technical logs, cookies, local storage, analytics, and third-party integrations. By using PhoneAgents, you permit us to process data as needed to provide and improve requested workflows, subject to the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement that applies.

9. Intellectual Property

PhoneAgents, its software, designs, documentation, product names, and related materials are owned by Funnel Profits / Axel Toll (9209141135) or licensed from third parties. You retain ownership of your own repositories, content, and data, subject to the permissions needed to operate requested workflows.

10. Feedback

If you provide feedback, ideas, bug reports, or suggestions, we may use them to improve PhoneAgents without obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

11. No Warranty

PhoneAgents is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funnel Profits / Axel Toll (9209141135) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or repository, deployment, or infrastructure issues arising from use of PhoneAgents. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for PhoneAgents in the three months before the claim or USD 100, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if use creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risk, or if these terms are violated.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute should first be raised by emailing axel@funnel-profits.com so the parties can try to resolve it informally before formal proceedings, unless urgent legal relief is required.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use as the product evolves. The updated date above shows when this page was last revised. Continued use of PhoneAgents after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
